Lil Baby Wants Primary Custody Of His 5-Year Old Son, Child’s Mother Says He Only Wants Custody In An Attempt To Punish Her
Lil Baby (real name Dominique Jones) is in the midst of some family drama that has now turned legal. The 25-year old rapper and one of his children’s mother, Ayesha Howard are currently at odds, fighting over child support and custody of their 5-year old son, Jason. According to reports, Ayesha Howard accused Lil Baby of not paying for their son’s schooling, which she claims resulted in their son being kicked out of the school. Ayesha filed legal documents seeking a declaration of paternity and child support from the Atlanta rapper. She claims that Lil Baby’s net worth is $4 million, which includes endorsement deals that involves the use of photos of their son. She also claims Lil Baby owns at least 7 luxury vehicles, including 2 million-dollar Lamborghinis. Ayesha stated that she makes less than $25k compared to the rapper.
Lil Baby has responded to Ayesha Howard’s claims with legal documents of his own, claiming that he covers “all expenses for the care, support and maintenance ” of their son as well as providing regular support payments. Lil Baby is now asking the court to grant joint legal custody of their son as well as primary physical custody. In response, Ayesha claims that Lil Baby only wants primary custody
“in an attempt to punish, harass, threaten, and intimidate.”
She says that their son Jason has been in her primary care since he was born and is only asking for financial support.
