Update: 50 Cent Says Jeremih Is “Responsive” & Doing A “Little Better” Amidst Reports He’s On Ventilator Battling COVID

Update #1 (Nov. 16th): 50 Cent says that Jeremih is doing a “little better” and is responsive. 50 shared the news on Twitter writing:

Thank you for praying for my boy Jeremih he is responsive today, doing a little better.

Original Story: R&B singer Jeremih, who’s real name is Jeremy Phillip Felton is reportedly in the hospital battling Covid-19. According to reports, the 33-year old singer is currently in the ICU on a breathing ventilator. It’s unclear how long Jeremih has been in the hospital, or how long he has had Covid. On Saturday (Nov.14), rapper and producer Hitmaka, also known as Young Berg took to Instagram and shared a picture of Jeremih with a caption,

“I need everyone to pray for my brother @jeremih this message is posted with his mothers blessings.”

 

Hitmaka also posted messages on his Instagram story saying,

“My dawg changed my life, he gone pull through pray for @Jeremih”

and later added,

“We need that energy . Pray for my brother he gone shake back @Jeremih.”

5o Cent, Chance The Rapper, and other celebs took to social media to share kind messages asking for prayers for Jeremih. Chance The Rapper who has previously collaborated with Jeremih, shared a heartwarming message on Twitter about his friend. He wrote,

“Please if you can take a second to pray for my friend Jeremih, he is like a brother to me and he’s ill right now. I believe in the healing power of Jesus so if you can for me please please say a prayer over him.” 

Rapper/mogul, 50 Cent shared a picture of himself and Jeremih asking for prayers while also confirming that “he’s not doing good”. 50 Cent wrote,

“Pray for my boy @Jeremih he’s not doing good. This covid s–t is real. He’s in ICU in Chicago.” 

 

 

Rapper Big Sean, who also has collaborated with Jeremih shared a message asking for prayers.

“Prayers up, praying for your strength @Jeremih”

 

We are praying that Jeremih has a speedy recovery.
