R. Kelly – Woman Says Singer Knowingly Gave Her An STD, Wants Him To Hand Over Medical Records In Court Case
An alleged victim of singer R. Kelly is looking to prove her claims that he knowingly gave her an STD.
Faith Rodgers, who is suing R. Kelly in the Manhattan Supreme Court, is asking a judge to order R. Kelly to hand over his medical records and STD history, particularly for the last five years. The two were reportedly together for a year, and she is one of the several women who have accused R. Kelly of multiple forms of abuse during their relationship.

She also reportedly wants him to turn over financial documents like taxes, pay stubs, hotel bills, phone records, plane tickets, and medical records from January 2017 to January 2019, according to Page Six.
R. Kelly’s lawyer Thomas Farinella responded to the request and said:
“The discovery demands requested are in the normal course of a civil action and we will respond to the pleadings as required by law.”
Faith Rodgers’ case isn’t the only legal trouble R. Kelly is having. He’s set to go to trial next year for child pornography and other charges against him.
Some might recall that Faith Rodgers appeared on the four-part docuseries Surviving R. Kelly that aired on Lifetime in January 2019.
