Tiffany Haddish Calls Critic A ‘Coon’ In Chatroom Titled ‘Tiffany Haddish Isn’t Funny’
Tiffany Haddish took time over the weekend to confront a critic who was trash talking her on the audio streaming app Clubhouse.
She and Kevin Hart joined a room called “Tiffany Haddish Isn’t Funny,” and her comments made her go viral.
The room discussed the killings currently taking place in Eritrea, and the country was asking the comedian to use her platform to help. In 2018 Tiffany Haddish became a dual citizen in Eritrea, which is where her father was born. He moved to the United States as a refugee and Tiffany Haddish was born in the U.S. She now identifies herself as American and Eritrean.
One Clubhouse user tweeted about the conversation,
“Hella emotional listening to this Clubhouse room about Tiffany Haddish and Eritrea. The speakers brought up the history of the border war between Eritrea and Ethiopia that started in 1998, as well as the high number of refugees sprinkled across the diaspora.”

Another wrote,
“You guys are really dog piling on @TiffanyHaddish! She’s not the only spokesperson for Eritrea. You guys have her in a room saying she’s not funny coming at her for not doing enough. Approach it properly she’s a human being!!!”
