Diddy Cancels Annual New Year’s Eve Party Because Of COVID-19: I’m Not Changing My Mind!
While some celebrities have decided to keep the party going despite the COVID-19 pandemic, music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is taking it pretty seriously.
He took to his Instagram page Monday (Dec. 28th) to announce that he’s not hosting his annual New Year’s Eve party this year.
He shared a message that reads:
“To all my friends:
In efforts to keep everyone safe & healthy unfortunately WE ARE NOT HAVING A NYE PARTY THIS YEAR! I hope everyone had a blessed holiday and wish you all the best for the new year!”
He added the caption:
“ATTENTION: THIS IS TO EVERYONE, ALL OF MY FRIENDS & FAMILY … I’M NOT CHANGING MY MIND … SEE YOU ALL IN 2021! LOVE YOU!”

Diddy isn’t the only celebrity that has taken drastic measures to keep his loved ones safe amid COVID-19.
The Kardashian/Jenner family traded in their annual star-studded Christmas bash for an intimate gathering with family.
Kim Kardashian West shared snapshots with the caption:
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night! ?
A special thanks to @danielroseberry@schiaparelli for my amazing gown that made me feel festive this year even though our Christmas Eve party was cancelled. It was perfect to dress up and celebrate w just the fam this year. I hope everyone had a healthy and happy holiday

theJasmineBRAND exclusively reported that Offset allegedly required his guests to take a blood version of a COVID-19 test before entering his 29th birthday party earlier this month. They reportedly had to wait for the results before they were allowed inside.
