Rob Kardashian And Blac Chyna To Share Custody Of Daughter Dream After Years-Long Battle
After a years-long custody battle between ex-lovers Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, a new agreement has been reached pertaining to their four-year-old daughter Dream Kardashian.
According to the paternity agreement that was filed on on Dec. 8, the two will share physical custody of their little girl through an alternating weekly schedule and equal time spent with her during vacations and holidays.
The agreement states,
“Commencing December 2, 2020, and on alternating weeks thereafter, respondent [Kardashian] shall have custody of the minor child from Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. through Saturday at 10:00 a.m.”
The document continues on to state,
“Petitioner [Chyna] shall have custody of the minor child from Saturday at 10:00 a.m. through Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. commencing December 5, 2020, and alternate weeks thereafter.”
According to the document, the stipulation is that neither Rob Kardashian nor Blac Chyna can be under the influence of alcohol or other substances while caring for their daughter Dream Kardashian.
In previous filings, Rob Kardashian has accused Chyna of negligent parenting and substance abuse and Chyna’s rebuttal has maintained that the allegations were false.
The former couple allowed viewers an inside look into their relationship during their reality television show “Rob & Chyna” on E! Entertainment, but their relationship came to an end just a month after the birth of their daughter.
According to an insider,
“In March of last year, a judge ruled that Rob (and actually neither of them) had to pay child support. That ruling is still in play today and has not changed.”
