Apryl Jones Says ‘I’m Dating’ After Allegedly Being Spotted With Dr. Dre

Apryl Jones said she’s currently “dating” amid speculation that she’s seeing music mogul Dr. Dre. 

Snapshots of Dr. Dre and a mystery woman made rounds on the internet as they dined together in Los Angeles earlier this week. Many believe that the woman was none other than Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star Apryl Jones. 

Just hours before the sighting, Apryl Jones told Madame Noire: 

“I am dating. And…I’m not looking for anything. I’m a say I’m not looking. I just feel like…I am dating and I’m open and I feel like what I am hoping to experience is just a great exchange of energy with somebody that feels different and I’ll know it when I feel it. But that’s just where I’m at with it.”

She reiterated,

I’m not looking for anything. I don’t have a particular type. I’m just enjoying life and exchanging energy and enjoying company. And that’s it. And when I need what I need when I need it, I get what I need when I need it! Keep it pushin’ [laughs]. That’s where I’m at.”

While Dr. Dre is currently going through a messy divorce with his estranged wife Nicole Young, Apryl Jones was involved in her own controversial romance in 2019.

She previously dated Lil Fizz, who was a friend and B2K groupmate to the father of her two children, Omarion.

While she and Lil Fizz didn’t work out, they appear together in VH1’s Family Reunion: Love & Hip Hop six-episode special. Apryl Jones said they did the show together in an effort to stay cordial after their split.
