Wendy Williams And New Boyfriend Mike Esterman Have Broken Up

Tv host and personality Wendy Williams is back on the market.

She began dating Mike Esterman, who also happens to be a friend of TV personality Mario Lopez, back in March of this year. Mike Esterman caught her attention during a dating segment of Wendy Williams’ show. From there, they began dating.

Wendy Williams shared photos with the public of her and Mike Esterman snuggled up together.  Wendy previously had this to say about their budding relationship:

“Mike & I are having fun!! I’m glad he’s a real gentleman. But @randyjackson, @birdman &@Mariolopez tried to block my collards, fried chicken, shrimps, yams, beans, soul roll, Mac & cheese, fish, rice, oxtail & my #carrotcake! We WILL discuss once I gather myself.”

On Wendy’s show, she explained to the public why she selected contractor, Mike Esterman, to be her boyfriend after a very public breakup with ex-husband Kevin Hunter.

“I chose you because I’m not a multiple boyfriend person. I want to settle down down one day. We are age appropriate….I like your shirt and you got jokes.” 

According to Page Six, Wendy and Mike have already called the relationship quits. Mike said Monday (May 10th),

“She deserves to be with someone who may have more time.” 

He added:

“We were never an item after 3 dates. I had placed all work-related tasks aside to get to know her on a personal level, no angles or hidden agendas. I can only wish her the best as we both continue the search at our own paces and remain friends in the process.” 

Last month, the couple was seemingly doing well. They were spotted at The Cheesecake Factory, Ben’s Chili Bowl, and Mike’s Crab House together. Although things didn’t pan out, Mike said,

“I have enjoyed our times together and felt great to be able to make her laugh.”

Wendy hasn’t commented.
