Kim Kardashian Granted Restraining Order Against Fan Who Sent Her Diamond Ring & Plan B In The Mail
Update #2 (June 17th): Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against Nicholas Costanza, the man who allegedly sent her a diamond ring and Plan B in the mail.
She filed documents for the protective order yesterday (June 16th) via her attorney Shawn Holley. Holley stated in court documents that the alleged perp has gone to the reality star’s house on multiple occasions this year.
A judge granted the order, which requires Costanza to stay a minimum of 100 yards away from Kim Kardashian and to not contact her.
Original Story (June 8th): Kim Kardashian is taking action after receiving a couple of concerning items in the mail.
According to TMZ, a fan sent the Skims founder a diamond ring and Plan B in the mail. Insiders say her security team found the package and is convinced it was sent by a man who has popped at her home multiple times.
He came to her home in February and requested to see her. He then arrived last month and said he was there to take her to dinner. He previously posted a marriage certificate on social media that he concocted and shared another post says “Queen Kimberly” is “sitting up in thy big castle alone waiting for her Knight in Shining Armor.”
His social media accounts have since been shut down.
Just last month, she was granted a restraining order against a man who threatened to break into her home and kiss her. Kim Kardashian said in court documents,
“I do not know how long (he) has been stalking me or attempting to come to my home, but I have no relationship with him and have never met or communicated with him. I have no desire to communicate with him or meet him. There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to be contacting me or coming to my home.”
