Angela Bassett is said to be securing a serious bag on Fox’s hit drama series, 9-1-1. The actress has starred on the show for all 4 seasons. She serves as an executive producer on 9-1-1 as well as spinoff 9-1-1: Lone Star.
According to reports she received a pay increase allegedly making around $450,000 an episode. If this amount is accurate, she is believed to be among the top salaries on network television for any actor — male or female. Also, she is likely to be the highest paid actress of color on a broadcast drama series.
