Dwayne Johnson Reveals He Showers 3 Times A Day & Is The ‘Opposite Of A Not Washing Themselves Celeb’

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson doesn’t want to be grouped in with celebrities that don’t bathe daily. A recent Twitter discussion questioned which celebrities wash their bodies every day. On Aug. 6 a fan tweeted how disappointed they’d be if Dwayne Johnson, 49, was someone who didn’t wash himself daily.

“Our work Slack has spent much time discussing celebrities who don’t wash themselves, but we’ve all decided that @TheRock can’t possibly be one of those stinky ones and we would all be weirdly heartbroken to find out otherwise. (Also, this is our fave gif.)”

The ‘Jungle Cruise’ actor replied to the fan and shared that he’s the opposite of someone who doesn’t take their hygiene seriously. According to Dwayne Johnson’s tweet, he takes a shower 3 times a day.

“Nope, I’m the opposite of a “not washing themselves” celeb. Shower (cold) when I roll outta bed to get my day rollin’. Shower (warm) after my workout before work.Shower (hot) after I get home from work. Face wash, body wash, exfoliate and I sing (off key) in the shower.”

Following his reply, someone else weighed in and shared that they think 3 showers a day might be too excessive. They tweeted,

“This is…weirder than not showering?”

Dwayne Johnson responded again and said,

“Nothing weird about this, my friend. I workout twice a day and then I go to work for 12+ hours. I shower 3xs. Easy to understand.”

Ashton Kutcher and his wife Mila Kunis sparked the recent body cleaning discussion online. The pair was a trending topic after they revealed that they only bathe themselves and their children if absolutely necessary. While speaking on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast Ashton Kutcher touched on his cleaning routine for his children. He said,

“If you can see the dirt on them, clean them. Otherwise, there’s no point.”

He shared details on his own hygiene routine and said he cleans his

“armpits and my crotch daily and nothing else ever.”

He added that sometimes he’ll

“throw some water on my face after a workout to get all the salts out.”

Mila Kunis added that she washes her face twice a day.
