Kim Kardashian To Keep Hidden Hills Estate In Divorce From Kanye West
Although it appeared Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have made amends, it looks like their divorce is still underway.
New documents obtained reveal Kim Kardashian will walk away with the former couple’s lavish Hidden Hills home.

According to documents filed yesterday, (Tuesday, Oct. 12th), Kim Kardashian will keep the $60 million home where she and their four children, North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2, currently live.

The ex-couple, who married in 2014, bought the property that same year for $11 million, and took several years rebuilding it from the ground up, including purchasing the property next door.
As previously reported, most of Kim’s famous family also lives in the same neighborhood, and she reportedly had no plans on moving.

Many feel that Kardashian keeping the home is major, being that Kanye West spearheaded the design and construction with well-known architects like Axel Vervoordt.
But it is reported that the former couple negotiated a buy-out for the home and Kim Kardashian will be paying cash to even things between the two.

It is not confirmed as to where Kanye West will live once their divorce is final, however he recently listed his Wyoming home for $11 million and purchased a new one in Malibu.
