RHOA’s Kenya Moore & Marlo Hampton Unfollow Each Other On Social Media

It looks like The Real Housewives of Atlanta frenemies Marlo Hampton and Kenya Moore might be at odds again.

Fans of The Real Housewives are familiar with the roller coaster ride that is Marlo Hampton and Keyna Moore’s relationship. Earlier this year, Marlo spoke with The Jasmine Brand about their ongoing feud and why she decided to end it. At the time, Marlo She stated:

“It’s just that it’s so much going on in the world. Black Lives Matter, a pandemic. We have argued so much. How much more can we argue? Can we at least respect each other enough as a black sister? Just, ‘hey girl, I respect you.'”

Not even a year after that interview took place, the two have unfollowed each other on Instagram for unknown reasons.

Just a couple of weeks ago (Nov. 16), Kenya exclusively told The Jasmine Brand that they were content with one another. She said:

“We’re in a good place, you know, she doesn’t know how to return phone calls! But yeah, we’re in a good place. Marlo is the type of person that when she is in a relationship and a friendship with you she definitely is for you.”

She continued:

“She knew that I didn’t really start that drama with her but I understood why her feelings were hurt also. And I had to acknowledge that.”

Perhaps Kenya jokingly mentioning that Marlo isn’t the best communicator was a hint of the tension that was re-heating between them. In season 9, their friendship withered due to Kenya not inviting Marlo to her birthday or housewarming parties. They had an explosive argument in episode 13, which saw Marlo taking low jabs at Kenya when the cast was trying to hold a redeeming campout.

Marlo first appeared on The Real Housewives of Atlanta during season 4 as NeNe Leakes’ friend. This upcoming season will be her first as an official main cast member. Kenya has been a part of the main cast since season 5. They are currently filming season 14.
