Tyler Perry Involved In Non-Fatal Car Accident
Tyler Perry was involved in an accident yesterday (Dec. 15).
Esteemed Hollywood mogul Tyler Perry, 52, got into a car wreck on Wednesday (Dec. 15). No one was seriously hurt, but the front of his white Bentley SUV was damaged.
Tyler had just left Burbank airport in Los Angeles, California, and was headed home at the time of the crash.
According to a source, a woman in a Honda Accord cut through 3 lanes of traffic and into Tyler’s path.
The famous playwright’s automobile then collided with the side of the woman’s vehicle. Her Accord appeared to be severely smashed.
Neither party filed a police report, and they plan to handle the matter in private.
Tyler is allegedly in possession of a Rolls Royce Phantom in addition to his Bentley. He reportedly gave Oprah Winfrey a Bentley as a Christmas gift one year.
In October 2021, it was reported that Tyler was building his own private airport next to his 35,000-square-foot mansion in Atlanta, which is still under construction. The airport will house Tyler’s private jet and sit 1,200 acres of land. Tyler, who achieved billionaire status in 2020, has been mapping out his gigantic estate for five years. His new estate will be near his film production studio, Tyler Perry Studios.
Of his acquired land, Tyler said:
“The studio was once a Confederate army base.”
He continued:
“which meant that there were Confederate soldiers on that base plotting and planning on how to keep 3.9 million Negros enslaved. Now that land is owned by one Negro.”
Tyler Perry hasn’t made any public statements about his accident.
