Update #1. Meagan Good and DeVon Franklin have released the following statement about their split:
“After much prayer and consideration, we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected. We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and a love that is eternal. There’s no one at fault, we believe this is the next best chapter in the evolution of our love.”
Original Story: DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good are calling it quits, ending their 9-year-marriage. Devon Franklin has officially filed for a divorce according to The Blast. The case was opened on Monday, December 20, in Los Angeles, California.
DeVon, who is an executive for Columbia Pictures and Seventh-day Adventist preacher, and Meagan, an actress became engaged in early April 2012, and were married on June 16, 2012.
They have stated that they abstained from sex prior to their marriage. They do not have children.
No additional details about their split have been released.
