Kelly Price Claims Her Sister Tried To Steal Her Money While The Singer Was Battling Covid: ‘There Was A Conservatorship In Play’ + Says Her Sister Started The Rumors Of Her Missing

It looks like Kelly Price is not holding back and is telling it like it is! During a recent interview with VLAD TV, Price candidly spoke about her battle with covid-19 and also revealed some shocking information about her family. As previously reported, the 48-year-old singer was diagnosed with  COVID-19 last summer which resulted in significant damage to her right and left lung. When asked why it seemed like she was hiding her Covid diagnosis, Kelly Price quickly denied being secretive and says she was the one who broke the news. She explained that during her time in the hospital, Covid protocols were very strict.

“When I went into the hospital, they shut down visitation.. Men were not allowed to come to the hospital with their wives having babies when I was in the hospital.” 

She goes on to reveal that her heart stopped during her battle with covid.

” I was unconscious for days actually. My heart did stop, I was medically dead. They were able to resuscitate me. “

Kelly Price later addresses the rumors that she was allegedly missing. As previously reported, Kelly Price, 48, made headlines in September 2021 when her family claimed she had been missing for months. Reportedly, the songstress disappeared shortly after she was released from the hospital for having COVID. Price is now claiming that her family is the one who started those rumors and she suspects her sister was trying to steal her money. Price said,

” I almost got “Britney Speared” this summer.. There was  conservatorship in play by a specific family member…Some of the family did fall out about it.”

She continued,

“I have a great aunt who actually had something to say to my sister about that and said to her, ‘why would you do that’?”.

According to Kelly, when her aunt confronted her sister about the allegations, her sister replied,

“If she [Kelly Price] dies he [her husband] gets it all.”
