Ice T Jokingly Says He Was ‘Robbed’ At A New Jersey Gas Station In The Midst Of The Rise Of Gas Prices
Rapper and actor Ice T, real name Tracy Lauren Marrow, took to Twitter Thursday morning (March 24) to make light of the soaring increase of gas prices in our economy lately. Fuel prices have been so high that states are pushing for the suspension of gas taxes for lower costs, and even celebrities are chiming in.
Ice T, 64, made fun of the heightened gas prices in a tweet, saying,
“I was robbed at a gas station in NJ last night. After my hands stopped trembling..I managed to call the cops and they were quick to respond and calmed me down….. My money is gone.. the police asked me if I knew who did it..I said yes.. it was pump number 9…”

The Law & Order: SVU star is now trending on Twitter, with followers laughing of tears and sending in their own jokes on the situation. Some users even believed the entertainer had actually been robbed.
