Kardashians File A Motion To Prevent Blac Chyna From Mentioning Their Billionaire Status In Upcoming Trial
It seems their wealthy status could hurt the Kardashian’s in court.
According to Radar, the reality TV family submitted court documents recently, asking a judge that certain things be off limits in the trail. Namely, the family doesn’t want the plaintiff, Blac Chyna, to reference Kim or Kylie’s billionaire status to jurors.

The Kardashians
Looks like both parties in the Blac Chyna vs the Kardashians trial are preparing for court. Recent reports state the family is demanding “any conversation or evidence about their wealth or financial condition” be banned from the jury trial. Reportedly, Chyna’s legal team has made it clear they plan to “present evidence of the well-known fact of Defendants’ wealth during the liability phase in connection with [Plaintiff’s] intentional interference with contract claim.”

Blac Chyna
However Kardashian lawyers allege that Chyna’s only goal is to “inflame and unduly prejudice the jury against Defendants.” In plain terms, they believe Chyna wants to sway the opinion of the jury against the socialite family for being incredibly rich. They argue Kardashian wealth should only be mentioned in the event that the verdict returns in favor of Chyna and damages are awarded.
Blac Chyna is suing Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for allegedly getting her show canceled in 2017. Recently, the social media influencer addressed the case, and how she felt wronged by the famous family. Chyna and then boyfriend Rob Kardashian, starred in a brief spinoff series “Rob & Chyna” on the E! network. The pair share a daughter together, 5-year-old Dream Kardashian.
Chyna’s legal team claims the Kardashian family threatened to stop the production of their hit E! series “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” unless “Rob & Chyna” was pulled. Reportedly, the spinoff shows contract was terminated despite already being greenlit for a second season.

The Kardashian/Jenners
Amid the lawsuit, the Kardashian’s strongly “deny using “power and influence” to interfere with” Chyna’s contract. A judge will ultimately decide if this is true in the trial set to begin later this month.
