It seems like Brandy’s latest track has garnered a lot of mixed reviews!

Earlier today (May 25) Brandy released a freestyle seemingly aimed at Jack Harlow. The interesting situation between the two stars started earlier this month when Jack Harlow, 24, revealed that he didn’t know Brandy, 43, was related to Ray J, 41.

Shortly after the now-viral confession circulated around the internet, Brandy made it clear that she could “murk this dude in rap at 43 on his own beats” if she wanted to.

Well, it looks like Brandy wasn’t joking. On May 25 she drop a surprise freestyle rapping over the beat of Jack’s hit song “First Class.” During the song, she raps,

“Painted pictures, Cinderella scriptures, but that don’t mean Jack in the streets, Jack of all trades, now I’m here jacking for beats, ‘Queens’ canceled but you can never cancel the queen.”

Since its release, the “Cinderella” actress has been trending online as some question why she made the track or even addressed the situation at all. One Twitter user wrote,

“it’s embarrassing because why does she even care?”

Others in disagreement with the song added,

However, some fans did seems to like the song.

Jack Harlow has yet to address the song.
