Update: Rapper Trouble Was Visiting A Female Friend At The Time Of His Death, Warrant Issued In Connection To His Murder
Update #1 June 6th: According to reports, Rockdale County Sheriff’s Department issued arrest warrants for 33-year-old Atlanta man Jamichael Jones wanted in connection to the murder of Atlanta rapper Trouble.
Officials say Rockdale County Sheriffs deputies responded to the Lake St. James apartment complex in Conyers after reports of a shooting around 3:20 a.m. Police discovered Trouble lying on the ground from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Rockdale County Public Information Officer Jedidia Canty said,
“What we know and what I can tell you is that Mr. Mariel Orr was visiting a female friend at the apartment complex and Mr. Jamichael Jones did know the female and it was a domestic situation. I know there are a lot of people that are really upset right now about the situation.”

Earlier today (June 5th), several news outlets reported that Mariel Semonte Orr, known professionally as Trouble, has passed away. Reports state the Atlanta rap artist was sitting in his vehicle when a gunman approached him, fatally shooting him.

Trouble’s sister, ex-girlfriend Alexis Skyy, as well as fellow Atlanta rapper Shad ‘Bow Wow’ Moss all publicly mourned late rappers tragic death. Trouble was only 34 years old.

Via twitter, social media influencer Alexis Skyy wrote:
“Rip @TroubleDTEI’m so sorry this happen to you Skoob you didn’t deserve this I’m praying for your kids and family”

Actor/musician Bow Wow also took to social media grieving the news of Trouble’s passing. He wrote:

Hours before the alleged shooting, Trouble wished everyone safe travels via twitter, after reportedly leaving an event. The Mike Will Made It artist wrote:
“Its toooooooo many 12 of for me tonight IM GOIN HOME Yall move smoove outchea”

Trouble has made a name for himself since his career launching feature on YFN Lucci’s “Key to the Streets” back in 2016. The Atlanta musician has since worked with the likes of notable rap stars including City Girls, Quavo, and Drake.
Details surrounding Trouble’s death are still being investigated.
