Bill Cosby Accuser Testifies That She Was Molested In A Playboy Mansion Bedroom In 1975: “I Felt Duped, Fooled, Let Down”
Judy Huth, 64, took to the stand Tuesday (June 7) to recount her encounters with Bill Cosby, who allegedly took her to the Playboy Mansion in 1975 and molested her in a bedroom. According to Variety, Huth – who was 16 at the time, filed a lawsuit against Cosby in 2014 under a California law that extends the statute of limitations for victims of child sexual abuse.
The trial began last week after being on hold while Cosby was on trial in Pennsylvania.
Huth says that she met Cosby while with a friend at a public park. Cosby invited them to watch him play tennis a few days later, and then took them to the Playboy Mansion. Cosby allegedly showed them around the mansion, then sat with her in a bedroom and tried to kiss her. He also tried to put his hands down her pants.
She told him she was on her period, then Cosby forced her hand to
“masturbate himself.“
Huth said the ordeal happened in less than five minutes. He asked for her phone number afterward, to which she gave him her father’s work number.
“It was not what I wanted at all. I was freaking out.”
Jurors were then shown two photos of Cosby with Huth.
Cosby’s legal team denies all allegations from Huth, and accuse her of using the trial as a money grab. Bill Cosby’s spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, released a statement regarding this trial that reads in part.
“Since we stand on the foundation of truth and facts, we believe that Mr. Cosby will be vindicated of ALL allegations in order to move forward with life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
Cosby was freed from prison last year after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned his sexual assault conviction.
