Ex ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Star Phaedra Parks Calls Departure From Show A ‘Crock Of BS’
Phaedra Parks doesn’t seem to care about sharing her side of the story.
The former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star wanted no parts of the conversation when she was asked for her series “departure story.” Finally sharing a little bit of details, Phaedra Parks said,
“My departure [from ‘RHOA‘] was a crock of bs. There’s always two sides to every story and then there’s the truth. And let’s just say, there’s only one side that was heard.”

Phaedra Parks starred on ‘RHOA’ for eight years, from the third until ninth season. Her exit seemingly stemmed from a whole lot of drama that happened at the season nine reunion.
As previously reported, Phaedra and Kandi Burruss, who once seemed inseparable as they shared the ins and outs of their lives on ‘RHOA,’ had the friendship fallout of a lifetime when it was revealed that Phaedra started a rumor that Kandi Burruss and her husband, Todd Tucker, attempted to drug and rape her former co-star Porsha Williams.
She previously shared why she has no intentions of ever returning to the show, saying,
“I’ve evolved and so I love that the fans want me back, but my children are at an age — The Housewives is an awesome platform but it comes with its issues and so to be a great parent and to be a responsible parent, I think that that would not be a responsible decision.”
While she has no desire to rejoin her former cast mates, Phaedra did make a surprise appearance in the trailer for ‘The Real Housewives of Dubai,’ which is the 11th city in the franchise.
