Will Smith’s Ex-Wife Sheree Zampino Says She Wouldn’t Film ‘RHOBH’ If Jada Pinkett Smith Joined The Cast
Sheree Zampino wants to keep the peace in her family despite what hefty checks she might miss out on in the process.
According to reports, Sheree Zampino would never want to jeopardize her relationship with ex-husband Will Smith and his current wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 54, said that she would dismiss herself from the reality television series if actress Jada Pinkett Smith, 50, ever joined the show as a cast member.
Reportedly, Sheree Zampino said that she values her relationship with Jada Pinkett Smith too much to ever let reality television ruin it or get in the way of the progress they’ve made throughout the years. Zampino shared,
“Honestly, I wouldn’t do the show with Jada. I would never want to jeopardize what we’ve built. I wouldn’t even take that chance.”
Zampino officially signed on for this season of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” as a “friend of” status. She was previously married to Will Smith, 53, from 1992 to 1995 and the former couple share a 29-year-old son named Trey Smith. She remains close to not only the Oscar-winning actor but his wife Pinkett Smith, who he married in 1997.
The “Hollywood Exes” alum has maintained a healthy co-parenting relationship with the A-list couple as the trio frequently gathers for holidays, special occasions, and family functions. Over the years, the women have blended their families together — including Will Smith and Pinkett Smith’s younger kids, Jaden Smith, 24, and Willow Smith, 21. The entrepreneur deemed the trio’s partnership as full of “grace, love and respect” and explained,
“You have to keep the main thing the main thing and those are our children. It’s about making it work for their well-being.”
Zampino added,
“We’re family and we’re at functions. But Jada and I, we don’t go to happy hour and hang out.”
Certainly, the Bravo newcomer wouldn’t feel comfortable grabbing pretend cocktails with the “Red Table Talk” host on candid camera. However, Zampino reportedly is open to the possibility of Pinkett Smith and Smith making future “RHOBH” cameos if the newbie to the franchise expands to a full-time housewife. She said,
“You can never say never.”
