Dwyane Wade Puts Restrictions On His Daughter Zaya Wade’s Instagram Comments “For Mental Health & Privacy”
Dwyane Wade will protect his children by any means necessary.

According to reports, Dwyane Wade’s daughter, Zaya Wade, made headlines for flaunting her great looks in a Tiffany & Co. campaign.

Zaya Wade took to her Instagram story to share her photos with her followers, writing, “Dreams become reality.”

Amid celebrities and fans admiring the photo on social media, some noticed that comments under the 15-year-old’s picture had been blocked. Dwyane Wade took to Twitter to explain their families decision to limit Zaya’s comment section. The father of four tweeted:
“For Zaya’s mental health and privacy we’ve decided not to allow the hate into her comments. Thank you for wanting to spread and send her love.”

The retired NBA star has always publicly defended his children. When it comes to his daughter Zaya, he makes it his duty that she feels supportive throughout her transgender journey. As previously reported, last month the former Miami Heat player filed a motion requesting that a Los Angeles County Court judge approve the transition of changing his daughter’s name from Zion Malachi Airamis Wade to Zaya Malachi Airamis Wade. The 40-year-old stated that he has “full authority” to file the petition without the consent of Siohvaughn Funches, Zaya’s mother. However, Siohvaughn Funches was notified from the courts of Wade’s petition.
