Ms. Funky Dineva Lashes Out On Coach Stormy Following Viral ‘Low Vibration’ Food Video: What You Give On A Daily Is More Consistent w/ Hood Rat

Fitness coach Stormy Wellington recently got an earful about her now-viral “low vibration” food video.

While visiting the talk series TEA G-I-F on Fox Soul, the show’s co-host, Ms. Funky Dineva, accused the health guru of being a “hood rat” on the regular. Last week, Stormy Wellington, 42, went viral while discussing the different “vibrations” the amount of food consumed can cause you to have. The self-appointed nutrition expert told one of her mentees and close friend that her plate was “low vibrational,” adding that compared to her queen plate, her friend’s looked like that of a “hood rat”.

During Coach Stormy’s visit on the FOX show, she explained that the woman in the video, Tammy Price, is a close mentee who she feels responsible for. She stated:

“There’s a history with this young lady that y’all saw in the video her name is Tammy Price. I have been her mentor, her coach, her friend….I feel responsible for her success, her next level,”

She continued:

“So when I sat down at my woman’s retreat…and she was the top income earner that I’ve coached to….multimillionaire status, and she sits down with enough food for three people – I had a problem with that…I felt not only did she dishonor herself but she dishonored and disrespected me….it would be wrong for me to have sat next to her and let her treat herself less than the queen that she is….she had too much food.”

Regardless, it seems TV host Ms. Funky Dineva, real name Quentin Latham, didn’t approve of the comments. Following the explanation, he told the coach all of his unfiltered thoughts about the video. Proceeding to go in on Coach Stormy’s everyday “hood rat” tendencies while criticizing the event in general, he stated:

“You sat up there in my opinion as a friend and embarrassed the hell out of this lady right, and then it was like ‘my plate is fit for a queen and your plate is fit for a hood rat’. First of all, Tammy used to be big Tammy still semi-big, she was hungry….Your plate was giving starvation realness,”

He continued:

“Then to compare it to royalty, Stormy….what you give on a daily is more consistent with hood rat than her plate. You had green finger nails, you was licking BBQ sauce and God knows whatever else from up under your nails. All while digging around in this lady plate…y’all was eating off of white dixie plates at an event that people paid thousands of dollars to attend that you was responsible for. And then on top of that, shrimp are roaches of the sea and there is literally no nutritional value in corn – so how was your plate or your vibrations any higher than hers. While yo’ legs was cocked open on the chair.”

Stormy rebutted, explaining that while she is a queen all the time, she is still a “real person” with some “hood rat” qualities. She stated:

“All the time I’m a 1,000% a real person. Sometimes I’m a hood rat, all the time I’m a queen….I’m a hybrid b*tch by the way. I act queen-ish all the time but you gone always get a lil hood rat in me,”

She continued on to explain that she outsourced the catering from a “high profile” chef, and wasn’t aware of the utensils they’d be bringing. Additionally, Stormy stated that it wasn’t the food items she had a problem with, but rather the amount of food and how it was placed on Tammy’s plate. She stated:

“When I gave the example it was just to show the difference. Again, you do not have to pile enough food for two, three people on your plate at one time….It was the amount of food and the way in which it was placed…it had nothing to do with the actual food itself….that food was not placed on the plate properly it looked tacky and hood rat-ish….I don’t believe in eating enough food for the day I’m a portion eater.”

Ms. Funky Dinvea had one more jab to give, stating Tammy is a better woman than he, ending with:

“I’d a knocked that d*mn plate out your hand and when that food hit the ground you woulda saw just how low that sh*t could’ve vibrated….it just came off condescending.”

However, Stormy says that all of her clients know that her coaching style is direct, and that she addresses problems head on. It would seem this is true as Tammy, the woman with the “low vibrational” plate, is seen agreeing with her in the video.

Do you agree with Coach Stormy or do you think her hood rat comment was too low? Tell us in the comments!
