Cher Allegedly Feuding w/ Sons Over Relationship w/ Alexander ‘AE’ Edwards

It looks like Cher isn’t getting along with her children and it’s all because of her new beau.

According to RadarOnline, Cher has been planning to elope with her 37-year-old boyfriend (rumored fiancé) Alexander “A.E.” Edwards in a quick Las Vegas wedding.

It appears the 76-year-old icon wants to spend the rest of her life with the music producer and is pretty upset that she doesn’t have the support of her sons, Chaz Bono, 53, and Elijah Blue Allman, 46. Cher is so hurt by her children’s disapproval that she’s allegedly considering cutting them out of her $360 million will.

A source said,

“Cher is mad at them she’s ready to cut them out of her life completely. She’s been hell-bent on marrying this guy and is speaking to her lawyers about adjusting her will to make A.E. her sole beneficiary.”

After meeting at Paris Fashion Week last September, Cher and AE first sparked dating rumors when they were photographed holding hands in Los Angeles in November 2022. By December, the “Believe” singer was seen sporting her reported $250,000 engagement ring from AE.

Sources claim the singer has clashed with Chaz and Elijah because they believe AE is a gold digger.

“They think he’s playing her to cash in on her power and influence in the music industry.”

Over the Christmas holiday, Cher was allegedly upset with her children for being more concerned about her money than her happiness.

An insider revealed,

“Cher doesn’t believe her sons should be counting her cash. If that’s their primary focus, they can kiss the entire pile goodbye.”

According to a source, those close to Cher are concerned about her relationship with AE.

“Cher has a lot of people worried for her right now. She’s saying it’s her business who she dates and she’ll make her own decisions, but the warning signs are there for everyone to see.”
