According to reports, the drama began after an internet user posted the image online. Reportedly, the user claimed the image was of Moneybagg Yo, real name DeMario White Jr., writing:
“[money bag emoji] yo got caught slipping on Finsta,”
Shortly after, a popular gossip blog account let off around of now-deleted tweets, suggesting they had the inside scoop on Moneybagg Yo’s alleged cheating debacle. The posts, claiming the “Said Sum” rapper stepped out on his Instagram model girlfriend Ari Fletcher, reportedly read:
“He cheated on her last night with a stripper in New York @ Starlets…She recorded them fking. I’m limited to what I can post regarding this situation. I will post more in the private Twitter for those that are in there.”
Adding, before removing the tweets:
“I think they plotted against him honestly, it’s recorded and the @ on screenshot with him in it is a blog that has no followers. This tells me the person behind it is a blog or a celebrity who is trying to grow another page.”
Moneybagg and Ari Fletcher, 27, have been on-and-off publicly since 2019. The celebrity couple revealed they almost welcomed a child together last year. However, Fletcher, unfortunately, suffered a miscarriage. Things have seemingly been going well between the pair since, prior to the recent accusations.
However, Moneybagg is adamant there is no truth behind the reports. As the story began to gain traction, the Memphis native took Twitter writing:
“Mane stop mentioning me in this picture of somebody getting f*cked y’all ppl WIERD bra my whole body tatted sh*t not me!”
Adding:
“People be Slow internet dry y’all need some attention … U lame ass n***as be ready for me to f*ck up.”
Ari Fletcher also seemingly responded to the stories. Reportedly, the “Impact ATL” star posted a picture of herself in front of the GloRilla track “Internet Trolls” where the lyrics state:
“Fake it ’til you make it, that’s the internet code/ Watch out for them internet trolls/ They be tryna satisfy them internet goals.”
