Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Broadus Jr., is no stranger to the business world and entrepreneurship. As you may recall, he has a cereal brand with rapper Master P called Snoop Loopz. Earlier this year, the men revealed they were being pressured by larger cereal companies to change the name of their brand over possible confusion it may bring consumers. Master P shared at the time,

“They try to take us off the shelves, they want to ban us. When you look at these big companies and all these big old brands, they just ain’t used to seeing African-American owners of cereals. This been happening for over a hundred years; we’re just trying to add some diversity into the stores.”

Snoop Dogg – who acquired Death Row Records last February – is also an actor. He has many screen credits under his belt and will be adding another one soon! He’s set to star in “The UnderDoggs,” an upcoming film that will be produced By Kenya Barris.
