Slim Jxmmi Shares That He Foolishly Wasted $10K On A Blunt He Couldn’t Smoke: ‘It Was Just A Solid Piece Of Gold’

Slim Jxmmi is not an exception to the trend that celebrities tend to spend big bucks on items average people wouldn’t even consider.

During an interview with RapTV that was made available on Wednesday (March 22), Slim Jxmmi (real name Aaquil Iben Shamon Brown) and his brother Swae Lee, members of the hip-hop group Rae Sremmurd, discussed their upcoming new project and breakup rumors. The two were questioned during the conversation about some of the largest purchases they made after becoming successful — and Slim Jxmmi shared that he spent $10,000 on a gold blunt he couldn’t even smoke.

Jxmmi said,

“I don’t know what the purpose was, you couldn’t smoke out of it. It didn’t have no air hole, nothing, just a solid gold blunt for no reason at all. [It’s the] stupidest sh*t I ever did.”

Jxmmi revealed that he no longer owns the golden blunt, which supported his previous claims that the purchase was foolish because “it was just a piece of solid gold.”

The brothers’ interview comes not long after Sukihana and Kee, the mother of Jxmmi’s child, got into an argument over the rapper on social media.

As previously reported, Sukihana and Jxmmi shared a couple of photos on the ‘gram, which captured them boo’d up on the hood of a car. In the caption, Sukihana pettily wrote:

“Ask [Slim Jxmmi] how much he paid for my hair appointment today.”

Kee expressed that she felt that the Love & Hip Hop star and Jxmmi’s pop-out had a clout-chasing motive behind it, alleging her baby’s father hadn’t made much noise since the release of his latest album. She also rehashed her allegation that the Mississippi-born lyricist was abusive in their relationship. She said,

“Y’all keep sending me this. They posted it for a reason. This is the most attention [Jxmmi has] gotten since ‘SremmLife 2’ and knocking my teeth back.”

Jxmmi and a then-pregnant Kee were allegedly involved in a physical altercation in 2020 that resulted in the 31-year-old lyricist knocking the young woman’s front tooth out. Ultimately, he (reportedly) paid for her dental surgery, and the two stayed together for a period of time following the incident.

Kee added,

“[Jxmmi is] blocked for a reason. People do not change. [I] had to learn to stop feeling bad and making excuses for how he treats me. I love myself, my son and my PH balance more. I wish them the best though. This is the attention he needs for Sremm4. Y’all go get that in April lol.”

Sukihana responded to Kee’s statement by (seemingly) mocking the domestic dispute, flaunting the fact that she no longer had one of her teeth. She said,

“Mines already out.”

Kee, once again, clapped back, claiming Jxmmi had been trying to win his family back. She also stated that he supposedly told her Sukihana “wasn’t his type.” Her reply stemmed from Sukihana indicating that Kee was lying about being sent the pictures of her and Jxmmi.

Kee said,

“Lmao, he was just on my story trying to play family three weeks ago. Now, why wouldn’t my friends, family and followers send me that? Don’t be delusional. And I don’t follow you my love. He told me months ago y’all are friends and you’re not his type. And it’s all fun. So I don’t know why I’m even taking this serious Lord.”

According to Sukihana, however, Jxmmi wasn’t being truthful about denying her as “his type” and alleged that he told her he doesn’t have one. She replied:

“Stop thinking these [n*ggas] don’t love a lil chocolate they do! Girl you don’t know what his type is he said he ain’t got one.”

Jxmmi and Kee seemingly had a tumultuous relationship. Jxmmi was said to have been arrested last year for attacking her in Miami, and he was allegedly caught cheating on her earlier this year.

The former lovers are no longer an item, but, judging by Kee’s Twitter, they were just cozied up with each other in December.
