‘RHOA’ Star Drew Sidora Pleads w/ Judge To Seal Divorce Records After Accusing Ex-Husband Ralph Pittman Of ‘Repeated Adultery’
It looks like Drew Sidora wants her divorce records sealed and hidden from the public.
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora is pleading with a judge to seal her divorce battle with estranged husband Ralph Pittman.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Drew and Ralph are asking that the entire record be hidden from the public.
The ex-love birds state they are,
“both public figures or some level of acclaim due to their roles on a well-known reality television show and other career pursuits in the entertainment industry.”
Since filing for divorce, Drew Sidora claims the court documents have appeared on numerous websites. The reality star says the sealing of the case is necessary to,
“protect the parties, and more importantly their minor children, from the unnecessary invasion of their privacy and undue embarrassment.”
As previously reported, both Drew and Ralph Pittman filed for divorce from each other last month. Ralph Pittman is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two children, Machai, 7, and Aniya, 5. Ralph is also requesting ownership of his Porsche Taycan and his 2018 Cadillac. The actress alleges that her partner is a “serial cheater,” claiming the entrepreneur has stepped out several times during their (almost) 9 years of marriage.
She is accusing Ralph of “repeated” adultery, noting she could no longer take his “continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse any longer.”
Additionally, it’s reported the entertainer claims her husband took “a large sum of money” from her business account the week of February 13th – 17th and he should be responsible for returning the funds.
According to Drew, Ralph subjected her to “cruel treatment.”
Her petition states:
“[Ralph became physically aggressivewith [Drew] to the point that the [Drew] considered filing an application for a Temporary Protective Order and flying with her three (3) minor children to Chicago, Illinois so that [Drew] and the minor children could feel safe.”
Making matters worse, Drew claims on February 20, Ralph grabbed a cell phone out of her hand which caused her to fall.
The petition adds,
“[Ralph] literally peeled the phone out of [Drew’s] hand aggressively. When [Drew] begged for [Ralph] to give [Drew] her cell phone back, he screamed at [Drew] stating that he pays the cell phone bill; so, the phone belongs to him. [Drew] called 911, but no police ever showed up. On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, [Drew] had to obtain a new cell phone for herself.”
Drew notes she learned about Ralph cheating on her when one of his alleged mistresses reached out to her with evidence.
The filing claims:
“Once such paramour even had the unmitigated gall and audacity to screenshot and sent her ‘sexting’ messages directly to [Drew’s] estranged husband and sent the messages to [Drew] on or about February 27, 2023.”
Ralph has denied cheating on Drew.
The case is ongoing.
