Kanye West Sued For Snatching & Throwing Female Photographer’s Phone, Woman Claims She Was ‘Traumatized’ & ‘Humiliated’ By Rapper’s Actions
Flashing cameras just may be the least of Kanye West’s worries right now!
According to reports, Kanye West has found himself in another lawsuit after notoriously snatching a woman’s cellular device and tossing it in traffic.

Kanye West doesn’t seem to have a problem letting it be known that he isn’t too fond of paparazzi.
If you remember, in January, the celebrated rapper went viral after getting into a heated exchange with two people amid attending his daughter’s (North) basketball game. One of those individuals just so happened to be a female photographer named Nichol Lechmanik.
In a resurfaced clip, West approached Nichol Lechmanik after abruptly stopping his vehicle on a busy roadway. During the interaction, the 45-year-old music mogul is heard repeatedly telling her not to “run up on him” and to “stop with her cameras.”
However, Nichol Lechmanik proceeded to record, holding her iPhone up as she continued to videotape West. The ‘Donda’ rhymer then grew aggressive, grabbing the lady’s electronic device and flinging it into the street.

Following the incident, West was under investigation for battery but ultimately wasn’t legally hit with anything. Allegedly, officials found that Lechmanik’s phone only suffered minor damage due to the $30.00 protective case that it was in. Because of this, she decided not to press charges.
In a turn of events, weeks after the occurrence, West’s frustration with the news junkies reportedly led to him filing a complaint with the California police.
But… not so fast, Lechmanik has shot back even harder, suing West for assault, battery, and negligence! In recent court documents, she claimed to have been afraid that West could’ve possibly had a weapon on him when he neared her and said his actions “traumatized” and “humiliated” her.

Apparently, she has somehow “lost earnings” and hasn’t been able to resume her career. She’s also requesting an injunction that will block West from getting physical or threatening photographers.
Currently, no further words have been given from West’s reps or Lechmanik.
This isn’t the only run-in with the law that the Yeezy founder has had lately. Just a few days ago, it was reported that he’d been sued by Gap, who he’s previously done business with, for $2 million.
The company is citing that West breached his contract.
