DC Young Fly Pens Heartfelt Tribute To Late Partner Jacky Oh: ‘I Wanted It To Be A Dream So Bad’

The loved ones of former Wild N’ Out Model Jacky Oh continue to speak out following her tragic passing.

In a loving message to his longtime partner, comedian DC Young Fly celebrated the 32-year-old, real name Jacklyn Smith, singing her praises and affirming she’ll always be in his heart.

DC Young Fly, real name John Whitfield, 31, wrote via Instagram:

“I wasn’t in no rush to post this because I wanted it to be a dream so bad but every hour I’m reminded of realty so I wanna make sure I applaud you in the proper manner,”

Continuing:

“You are the GREATEST MOTHER I KNOW your soul was beautiful Yu always wanted the best for others and I admired how our family love each other!!! Never had to worry about our kids loving each other cause you were on top of Dat!!!”

DC and Jacky have reportedly been in a long-term relationship for the past 8 years and share three children together, daughters Nova and Nahla and son Prince, who they welcomed last year. While it hasn’t been confirmed, it’s heavily suspected that the social media influencer passed away due to complications from a “mommy makeover” surgical procedure.

As previously reported, news of Jacky’s passing came just shortly after she announced she’d be visiting a doctor in Miami to have some work done. It was later revealed that the doctor — Dr. Zachary Okhah — is part of a series of lawsuits he filed against women claiming he ruined their procedures. In a subsequent police report following her passing on May 31st, it was revealed that Jacky was found unresponsive in her Florida hotel room by staff and passed upon getting to the hospital. No other details have yet been shared regarding the nature of the entertainer’s passing.

DC and more loved ones have continued to honor Jacky in memory. The actor/comedian continued his tribute, writing:

“You kno we GOD fearing and we are grounded by the spirit we never question the HIGHER POWER we roll wit the punches and continue to live righteous will always tell our kids how much an amazing person you were especially a GREAT MOTHER!!! You know how our last convo went I prayed for Yu and now we are here.. but it’s ok we willll continue to pray and hold on to our FAITH because that’s alll we kno!!”
