Kroy Biermann Wants Court To Appoint Legal Guardian For 4 Minor Children In Light Of Kim Zolciak’s Alleged ‘Abusive’ Behavior
The drama continues between Kim Zolciak and her soon-to-be ex-husband Kroy Biermann.
Kroy Biermann is now requesting the court appoint a legal guardian because he feels his four minor children require protection from Kim Zolciak, who he alleges has been “abusive” to him and has shown “little concern if the children are present.”
The former NFL quarterback also expressed concerns that his estranged wife, who will reportedly once again appear in Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta, will use the camera time to discuss their divorce and expose the kids to behavior that is detrimental to their “mental health and wellbeing.”
In order to defend the children’s “best interests” amid their parents’ ongoing custody dispute, Kroy Biermann formally asked the court to name a guardian for Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia.
The former athlete also wants an immediate investigation into Kim Zolciak‘s conduct, which reportedly includes unsafe driving while carrying children and continuous gambling.
Zolciak previously accused Biermann of having a substance abuse problem and demanded he submit to a drug test. In a recent court document, Biermann alleges Zolciak had “no proof to support her claims” that he couldn’t “care for the children” because he was smoking marijuana frequently.
After 11 years of marriage, the ex-couple filed for divorce on May 8. According to the court papers, Zolciak and Biermann still live together at their Georgia mansion due to “financial necessity.”
However, Biermann claims in court documents that:
“The divorce is far from amicable and keeps getting worse…”
