Kroy Biermann Sued Over Alleged $52k Casino Debt After Accusing Estranged Wife Kim Zolciak Of Being Addicted To Gambling
Ex-couple Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann may have more in common than they’re willing to admit.
It’s no secret that “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak, 45, is in the middle of a nasty divorce with her estranged husband Kroy Biermann, 37. Since news broke of their separation in May, both have made pretty serious allegations against one another. Kim Zolciak accused the former football player of having a marijuana addiction and also called the cops to the Georgia property they still share over claims that he locked her designer purse, jewelry, and passport in the home’s basement safe against her will.
Kroy Biermann has said that Kim needs to undergo a psychological evaluation. He also claimed she has a severe gambling problem that makes her “unable to properly care for the children.”
Well, it now looks like Kroy has another gambling problem to worry about as he is now being sued by a casino for an unpaid debt. According to reports, a company named Sky Warrior has filed a lawsuit against Kroy over an unpaid line of credit provided to him when he visited the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas during a November 2021 trip.
Reportedly, Kroy was issued a $100k line of credit for use at the casino and gambled away $52,500. According to the suit, he promised he had money in his SunTrust bank account and would pay back what was spent. However, he ultimately left the premises without settling his debt. To date, Sky Warrior has reportedly been unable to retrieve the owed funds from his bank account. The company now wants the court to order him to pay.
Kroy Biermann has yet to address the lawsuit.
