White Sox Star Tim Anderson Shares Cryptic Messages Online Following Crazy Game Brawl Against Guardians: ‘Keep Kicking On Me While I’m Down’
Chicago White Sox player Tim Anderson recently went on a cryptic tirade online, seemingly calling out fake people in his inner circle.
As you may already know, over the weekend, Tim Anderson was involved in an on-the-field tussle with Cleveland Guardians’ Jose Ramirez.
Subsequent to the now-viral showdown, Tim Anderson took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to share a few of his seemingly-related thoughts.
The celebrated shortstop said,
“You know all this happening for a reason…”
He then added:
“We staying [focused] with this sh*t..”
According to Anderson, he’s been experiencing some slights (behind the scenes) for quite some time now. He furthered in his tweets,
“[I] been going through this sh*t for a min…”
The 30-year-old continued:
“Keep kicking on me while I’m down..”
Additionally, he alluded to some of his inner circle (+ possible teammates) acting funny toward him in the wake of the controversial event.
Anderson expressed,
“Alotta mf been switching up too.. #fakesh*t.”
He concluded:
“Y’all got me f*cked up fr fr..”
If you hadn’t heard, things hastily took a left turn between Anderson and third baseman Jose Ramirez on Saturday night (Aug. 5), which resulted in a gloves-off, one-on-one match between the two.

Apparently, the All-Stars’ fight erupted in the bottom of the 6th inning at the 2nd base, and competitor Jose Ramirez landed a “home run” on Anderson’s jaw that knocked the professional athlete to the ground.
Allegedly, the incident ignited after Anderson “disrespected” a couple of the Guardians by “tagging players too hard.”
When speaking of the dispute, Ramirez recalled the Alabama native’s supposed aggression in a post-game interview,
“[Anderson has] been disrespecting the game for a while. When he does something like that on the bases, he can get somebody out of the game. So I was telling him to stop doing that. After he tapped me really hard, more than needed, he said he wanted to fight and I had to defend myself.”
As of now, specifics of what (exactly) took place are limited. Details on what’s to come for the two baseballers have yet to be revealed publicly.
An investigation of the situation is said to be underway.
