Update: ‘Orange Is The New Black’ Actress Taryn Manning Issues Apology For Revealing Affair w/ Married Man: ‘I Was Deeply Hurt’

Update: (Aug. 15, 2023): Actress Taryn Manning can admit when she’s wrong.

As you may already know, the “Orange Is the New Black” star left fans concerned after she posted a three-minute video sharing explicit details about her sexual experiences with a married man. During the video — which sparked worry from many people — Taryn revealed that she had been licking the man’s butthole and had plans to buy him a boat because she “really loved him.” She also blasted the man’s wife and made it very clear that she doesn’t like the unnamed woman.

However, in an IG post recently shared with her almost one million followers, Taryn issued an apology for the bizarre video. In part, she wrote,

“Over the past few days, I’ve had some time to reflect on the situation I’ve been dealing with. I was deeply hurt and handled things on a public platform when I should’ve dealt with them quietly with the support of my close friends and family.”

She continued,

“I started a relationship with somebody who was married and told me he would leave his wife. In the end, I found out that wasn’t possible.”

She added,

“I know what I did was wrong, but the heart makes you do crazy things sometimes. I am sorry for exposing my situation; I am not sorry for how I love.”

On Sunday (Aug. 13) former “Orange Is the New Black” star Taryn Manning, 44, posted a three-minute video detailing her sexual experiences with a married man she was involved with.

In the now-deleted explicit clip, she revealed graphic sexual acts she had allegedly performed on the unnamed man. On top of that, the actress/singer said that she almost bought her married lover a boat and his wife threatened her with a restraining order.

Seemingly frustrated, Taryn Manning expressed,

“The man that I’ve been messing with is a married man and every night, well, for about three nights in a row, or even maybe there’s a night in between I was licking his butthole because he liked it. And I didn’t mind doing it! Is that weird? And that is what demons do.”

While speaking on the boat Manning was allegedly supposed to purchase for the married man, she claimed,

“We drove all the way down to Newport Beach today so that I could buy him a boat. I was so in love so I thought I could buy this gentleman a boat. And I brought cash to put a down payment down. Like I really loved him.” 

Manning continued and explained the exchange that took place between her and the married man’s wife. She said she “can’t stand” the man’s wife and claimed the wife called her a lunatic. Manning also alleged the wife told her,

“You get out of my life or I’ll get an RO [restraining order] on you.”

The “Karen” star proceeded and said,

“No, I’ll put your a** in jail. Anyway, so I’ve been I was licking your man’s butthole for weeks on end because he likes it a lot and I do it to him and he comes to me and it happens.”

Towards the end of the video, Manning claimed the affair began after the man came to her when she was “very single.”

“So you don’t accuse me of being the lunatic, but I’ll tell you one thing, lady, you want to put me in jail? I’ll put you in jail so fast your head will be spinning.”

She angrily added,

“Don’t you ever threaten me. I will show you how I do. Don’t you ever threaten me when your husband came to me to get his butthole licked.”

Since the footage began circulating online, many people have taken to the internet to call for Manning to get help. Some even suggested that she’s struggling with a drug addiction while others expressed that someone should check on her and she needs assistance.
