Big Sean & Jhene Aiko Denied Restraining Order Against Stalker Who Broke Into Their Home

Big Sean and Jhene Aiko are the latest celebs who have had to go the extra mile to protect themselves from crazed fans.

Having fans comes with the territory of being famous, however, some celebrities have to deal with supporters who cross over into the “stalker” category. According to reports, Jhene Aiko and her partner Big Sean, both 35, are doing what they can to have legal protection against an individual who has taken their obsession with the “Sunshine” singer too far. On Monday (Aug. 21), Jhene Aiko filed for a temporary restraining order against a man named Ian Craig Lees, 29, who allegedly broke into her Pacific Palisades property earlier this month.

Reportedly, Lees was able to enter the couple’s home after he breached their gated community’s security post. It’s unclear who found the alleged stalker inside the house, but it’s been reported that after he was discovered there was a physical altercation between the man and the neighborhood’s residential security. It’s also unclear if their baby son, or Jhene Aiko’s 14-year-old daughter, was home during the scary incident.

Unfortunately for the couple, this isn’t the first time they’ve had a run-in with Lees. The man has been showing up to their shows, events, and appearances in hopes of getting in contact with Jhene, reports claim.

Understandably, the mother-of-two is fearful for the well-being of her children and loved ones. She requested a temporary restraining order that would prevent the man from being within 100 yards of her and her family. However, it’s been reported that a judge has denied her TRO request for now, and, instead, the matter will be addressed during a court hearing on Sept. 14.

Actress Drew Barrymore also recently had to deal with an overzealous fan. Over the weekend she was rushed to safety after her alleged stalker crashed an NYC event she was speaking at.
