Fans still think Halle Bailey is expecting her first child.

As previously reported, last month rumors surfaced that Halle Bailey and her boyfriend, rapper/YouTuber DDG, will soon be first-time parents. The Disney princess has yet to directly deny or confirm the speculations. However, she did post a video of herself rocking a sports bra and sweats as she rehearsed for her “Angel” music video. Even though it’s unclear when the footage was actually shot, many thought it was Halle’s way of shutting the baby rumors down by showing off her flat stomach.

But it looks like the video wasn’t enough to quiet the pregnancy whispers.

Last night the 23-year-old attended the VMAs with her sister, Chloe Bailey, and her outfit of choice has fans, once again, claiming she’s hiding a baby bump. For the event, Halle wore a long, flowy orange dress that displayed her legs. Despite the look seemingly being on par with Halle’s typical sense of style, many feel she picked the dress to conceal her stomach.

One X user wrote,

“If Halle is pregnant and wants to keep that baby, I’m happy for her. She is 23 not 14. And the father of her child is ddg not r kelly. People really need to calm down. Her career will be fine, this isn’t the 1950s.”

However, someone else added,

“halle bailey getting pregnant at 23 and at the peak of her career… i’ll never understand straight women who want to be young mothers bc that is insane”

Another person posted an old video of Halle sharing she wants “five or six children” and would love to be a mom. In the footage, she added that she feels motherhood is one of her “main life purposes.”

It’s important to note that despite the rumors, many people came to Halle’s defense, with one person posting,

“I think the reaction to the possibility of Halle Bailey being pregnant is so mean spirited. I know she’s young but she’s clearly happy enough to keep the child (IF SHE’S EVEN PREGNANT) at that. How can you be so negative about a potential pregnancy that won’t affect YOU!”
