According to reports, Drake, 36, officially tied with the late Michael Jackson yesterday (Oct. 16) after his song “First Person Shooter” (featuring J. Cole) reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart. The collab track, which is featured on Drake’s new album “For All The Dogs,” is his 13th hit to debut at the top of the list.
Ironically, the Canadian rapper/singer tied with Michael Jackson thanks to the song where he made the claim that he was “one away” from the late pop star on the streaming charts. He also mentioned Jackson’s classic No. 1 song “Beat It.”
