Things seem like they might be rocky between Keke Palmer and her child’s father Darius Jackson.

The entertainer took his X (formerly Twitter) account recently to share a few posts that could possible hint at more turbulence in their relationship.

One post Darius Jackson shared read:

“being betrayed by someone you loved really changes your mindset”

While another read:

“Introverts don’t revenge, they disappear. They don’t care to prove anything. They try. They love. They care. Give more than they receive. Make you feel like the most special person in the world. But if you ever break their trust, they’ll leave you like you were never there.”

A couple of other reposts on Jackson’s page mirrored the same theme.

The cryptic messages come several months after Jackson and Palmer circulated headlines following the controversy about her outfit to an Usher concert. If you recall, fans of the singer/actress scrutinized her son’s father after he seemingly attempted to shame her for wearing what he felt was a revealing dress to the show. Commenting on the outfit he wrote:

“It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom.”

His remark drew widespread criticism, with many condemning him for seemingly trying to dictate the standards of what mother’s should and shouldn’t look like. Things between Palmer and Jackson reportedly got a bit rocky after the incident. Jackson shut down his social media page for a bit, and some reports claimed the two had called it quits and moved on from each other.

However, the two re-sparked dating rumors after they spent some time together on Palmer’s birthday back in August. Subsequent the link-up, the “Nope” star was asked about the status between her and Jackson during a TV interview where Palmer all but refused to answer the question, telling the interviewers:

“You know, I’m gonna take a page out of my girl Beyoncé’s book, mind y’all’s business.” 

Both have been pretty quiet about the details of their romance since. However, it seems Jackson is likely still working through some things.
