Keke Palmer Addresses Relationship Status w/ Darius Jackson Following Claims They Split: ‘Mind Y’all’s Business’

Keke Palmer has shared a message for those inquiring about her relationship with her child’s father.

In a recent interview, actress Keke Palmer spoke on the current relationship status with her alleged ex Darius Jackson, with whom she shares a son, Leodis. When the “Nope” star was encouraged to elaborate on the nature of their relationship, she made sure to keep the details sealed. After Keke Palmer was asked how her life was going, she said,

“Yes, life is good, I have nothing but gratitude honestly, seriously.”

Following her response, Keke seemingly noticed the interviewers were heading towards a conversation surrounding her rumored ex-boyfriend, former fitness instructor Darius Jackson. The entertainer swiftly shut down any further commentary and stated,

“You know, I’m gonna take a page out of my girl Beyoncé’s book, mind y’all’s business.”

Keke’s comment comes just one month after the pair were rumored to have broken up. As previously reported, sources allegedly close to the former couple claimed the two split after Darius Jackson slammed Keke for a sheer dress she wore while attending Usher’s Las Vegas residency in July. You may recall that Darius took to X (formally known as Twitter) to share his thoughts on Keke’s outfit choice.

He tweeted,

“It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom.”

Darius doubled down on his remarks and said,

“We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is.”

While Keke and Darius’ relationship status seems to be unclear as of now, last month, they appeared in an Instagram Live together celebrating the singer’s 30th birthday. During the live stream, Keke was reportedly treated to a special dinner by Darius for her milestone birthday (Aug. 26), and it seems the new parents enjoyed each other’s company.

More speculation surrounding the pair was fueled after Keke uploaded a few sexy birthday pictures to her Instagram account. In one photo, a tattoo of Darius’ birthdate is displayed just below her right butt cheek. However, the date Keke received the intimate ink is unknown at this time.
