Update: Adele’s Friends ‘Convinced’ Singer To Have Sports Agent Rich Paul Sign Ironclad Prenup Before They Secretly Got Married
Update: (Nov. 21, 2023): Adele made sure she was protected before walking down the aisle
According to reports, the famed entertainer had her alleged hubby Rich Paul sign an ironclad prenuptial agreement before they made things official. As previously reported, news broke this week that during English comedian Alan Carr’s comedy show, Adele confirmed that she and Rich Paul secretly married.
Before saying “I do,” Friends close to Adele “convinced” her to get Rich Paul to sign on the dotted line over concerns they had for her reported $220 million net worth, a source has claimed.
The insider shared with a publication,
“Adele has a few trust issues, which is normal for her, but bringing up a marital contract caused some friction between them.”
They continued, claiming the discussion between the love birds was a “touchy subject” but it needed to take place as Adele didn’t have a prenup in place for her first marriage to Simon Konecki. Following their divorce, Konecki allegedly received half of everything she earned during their time together. It’s important to note that Rich Paul entered their relationship with his own coins. The sports agent is reportedly worth $120 million. However, the insider said he’s “more famous now because of Adele.”
The source added,
“A prenup’s signed, and Adele and Rich put it behind them… hopefully.”

Original Story: (Nov. 20, 2023): It looks like Adele and her lover, Rich Paul, may have tied the knot!
According to sources, Adele was recently in attendance for her best bud, English comedian Alan Carr’s comedy show, and she (allegedly) spilled the beans on her new nuptials.
Rumors of Adele’s said confirmation (seemingly) swirled after famed pop culture account @deuxmoi shared submissions from fellow attendees of the close-knit event who recalled the 35-year-old’s popout.
Apparently, Alan Carr asked the crowd if anyone had said “I do” lately, and a proud Adele yelled that she had.
An individual wrote,
“I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight and Adele was in the audience. Alan asked the crowd if anyone got married recently and Adele shouted ‘I did!'”
Another person added:
“I was at one of Alan Carr[‘s] (British comedian) LA shows. It was a super small and intimate venue maybe 75 people. Adele was sitting right behind me with a friend having the best time.”
They concluded,
“Her security only came in to bring her snacks. She didn’t care if people knew she was there [and] was heckling him. [She and Alan are] best friends. When [Alan] asked if anyone got married recently she yelled “I did.” Super cute all around and was super sweet but dipped right before it ended.”
Adele and her partner, Rich Paul, went public with their relationship in 2021 as they sat courtside at the NBA Finals together. In February of this year, it was reported that they were engaged.
Suspicions that the lovebirds made things official appeared to have heightened when the “Rolling in the Deep” phenomenon referred to Rich Paul as her “husband” after a female fan playfully proposed to her during one of her performances.
She said to the concertgoer,
“You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love. My husband’s here tonight!”
Adele sparked marriage rumors by calling Rich Paul her 'husband' during a performance at her Las Vegas residency.

While there hasn’t been any evidence of a wedding ceremony, we wouldn’t be surprised if Adele and Mr. Paul eloped.
After all, they do seem very much in love… and reportedly live together now.
Drop some congrats for the beautiful couple in the comments below!
