Tamar Braxton’s Engagement To ‘Queens Court’ Contestant Jeremy Robinson Is Back On!: ‘We Don’t Care If Anyone Disagrees With It’
Tamar Braxton found a nice rock under her Christmas tree!
The 4-time Grammy-nominated artist wasted no time sharing with the world that today (Dec. 25) her ex-fiancé – injury lawyer Jeremy “JR” Robinson — popped the big question, again. In a video post shared online with her 6.2 million Instagram followers, Tamar Braxton appeared to be shocked after she unwrapped a blue box with her new engagement ring inside. Another clip showed JR down on one knee as he slid the shiny piece of jewelry on Tamar Braxton’s finger. The “Love and War” artist caption the footage,
“3 months ago we thought we HATED each other and we were completely OVER…. Here we are after a simple football game box you got for your birthday and one REAL HARD conversation … we knew that whatever happened in the past was just that and ANYTHING other than US and our family only mattered.”

Tamar Braxton continued, letting critics know she’s unbothered by their opinions.
“So the truth is WE DONT CARE if anyone disagrees with it … we choose to love each other OUTLOUD and PROUD because we found something worth fighting for and forgiving each other for EVERYDAY in front and behind the scenes.”
She added,
“[JR] I love you with my entire heart and from now on our troubles are miles away….I’m having myself a Merry little Christmas now”

As previously reported, Tamar and JR first met while he was a contestant on the dating reality series “Queens Court.” Season one of the show, which centered around Tamar, singer Nivea, and Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada’s quest for love, premiered in March of this year on Peacock, and in the final episode JR proposed to Tamar. Unfortunately for the couple, things eventually became rocky and in October news broke that they called off their engagement.

JR, who reportedly has five kids with four different women, claimed at the time,
“So many questions. So many assumptions. I want to answer all that I can with respect. Yes, Tamar and I are no longer together. I ended the relationship to focus on getting back to positive energy & being a better person.”
He added,
“No, I never cared about fame. Who reveals their most embarrassing moments in their life to find fame. The truth is I was in an amazing place financially and mentally. I turned down Queens [Court] several times before I gave in. Ultimately, I fell in love and it did not end how I wanted it.”

Before rekindling things with Tamar, JR had a quick fling with the singer’s archnemesis, “Love & Hip-Hop” alum Tommie Lee. However, according to Tommie Lee, she ended things with JR because he “was thirsty.” She also claimed the legal professional told her a lot about Tamar that “he shouldn’t have told a stranger.”
She added,
“If that’s your man, as you say, then you need to check him and check your situation to see if you’re sleeping with the enemy or not.”
