Spreadie Gibbs Trends On Social Media After Freddie Gibbs’ Ex-Girlfriend, Destini, Shares Alleged Photo Of Him Spreading His Cheeks + He Responds: ‘I Guess I Better Let Her’

Freddie Gibbs appears to be unbothered.

The rapper laughed off a photo posted by his former girlfriend, Destini (a.k.a. Fit Mami), on X (formerly Twitter) to mark Valentine’s Day. The image showed a man spreading his butt cheeks as she wrote,

“spredding love, happy Valentine’s Day ?”

She didn’t tag Freddie Gibbs or reference that it was him, however, back in May she warned that she had the photo of him in the compromising position after he blocked her on Twitter.

Meanwhile, fans ran with the possibility that the picture was indeed the rapper, and both Freddie Gibbs and Spreadie Gibbs began trending on X well into Thursday morning.

As for Gibbs, he used the moment to plug his upcoming appearance at the Netflix Is a Joke Fest in May. He also added a snippet of Geto Boys’ Quickie where Scarface is heard rapping,

“She wants to lick my booty, I guess I better let her/ Once I came I didn’t want the b*tch to kiss me/ Thought I wanted a long one but I only wanted a quickie.”

Also on Wednesday, Gibbs and his girlfriend model and influencer Jasmine Greenway went Instagram official.

As seen in a joint post (with Lauryn Hill and D’Angelo’s Nothing Even Matters playing over the clip), the couple enjoys views from a skyline and indulges in a little PDA. Jasmine Greenway captioned the post,

“Happy Valentine’s Day @freddiegibbsI’m in love with you unconditionally. Thank you for existing. You are my soulmate. ????? #blacklove#foreverlove“

Gibbs’ relationship with Destini, whom he met via Instagram in 2020, took a turn after she blasted him on social media, accusing Gibbs of ghosting her when she became pregnant. She wrote last May,

“when i told freddie his tone immediately changed. i let a few days go by because i knew he was in chicago with his family for the holidays, but i also knew we had to continue this conversation.”

Adding:

“we talked again in person. he was telling me how he “wasn’t ready for a child” this and that..”

After going to the doctor, Destini said she was unable to get a hold of Gibbs. 

“ive reached out to him, his manager, his assistant, and no one will respond, i feel like i’ve done my part, kept it real, and this is the thanks i get. noted. i no longer want a response, no bad blood. i’m going to be just fine. but i had to speak my truth”

She suggested that she had turned off his cell phone after he went MIA, and he responded to her claims on Twitter by writing,

“I ain’t got no phone.”

In January, Destini revived the feud and released a diss track against Gibbs.
