Beyoncé Fans Convinced She’s Entering Her Rockstar Era For ‘Renaissance: Act III’ After She Debuts Mullet Hairstyle
Superstar songstress Beyoncé has her fans in a speculating frenzy.
Members of the Beyhive seem convinced that the musician’s latest photoshoot look is a precursor to Act III of her Renaissance trilogy.

Speculations began after Beyoncé donned a mullet while posing for CR Fashion Book recently. The 42-year-old spoke about wanting to try a hairstyle with an asymmetrical cut back in the day but says her famous mom Tina Knowles wouldn’t stand for it. Now, being one of the best-selling and most Grammy award-winning artists of all time, Beyoncé shared her excitement at being able to try out different hairdos, stating about her recent look:
“I’m having the time of my life at this shoot.”

While Beyoncé appears to simply be having fun with the new do, her fans have been discussing the possibility that the hairstyle was a very strategic choice. In case you’re unfamiliar, the music icon recently released two singles from her forthcoming Act II album, confirming that the project will be majorly country. So far the songs have been wildly successful, earning Beyoncé the accolade of being the first Black woman to top Billboard’s Hot 100 with a country song.

It has not been lost on fans that Act II’s country theme veers away from the R&B/disco/house music genre that the singer tapped into with Act I of Renaissance. Applying this logic, many expressed their thoughts that it may be safe to assume Beyoncé will step into yet another genre with Act III and, according to the mullet, there’s a good chance that genre will be rock and roll.
See what a few fans had to say below.

Beyoncé’s Act II album is set to be released on March 29.
