Rapper OJ Da Juiceman Arrested On Gun & Cocaine Charges In Georgia, Trial Set To Begin On Christmas Day
Rapper OJ Da Juiceman, most known for his hits like ‘Make The Trap Say Aye’ has been arrested in Georgia on gun and cocaine charges.
The rapper, whose real name is Otis Whitfield Williams Jr. was booked by the Coweta County Sherrif’s Office on March 4. He was hit with a list of charges including trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methane, as well as possession of a firearm or knife, tampering with evidence, speeding, fleeing/attempting to elude police officers, and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.

He was denied bond and his court date is set for Christmas Day of this year.
Around 10 p.m. on March 4, Williams was driving his 2024 Ford Expedition when police in Coweta County tried to stop him for speeding, per court docs obtained by TMZ. He failed to stop, making officers briefly chase him before he decided to pull over. Once police got to him, they found cocaine and a 9mm handgun in his vehicle and arrested him for the charges. He is said to still be in custody.

An insider told Hollywood Unlocked that just before his arrest, the paper was filming a video with Sukihana for their popular hit ‘Selling.’ The song marks Williams’ latest successful single as it peaked at No. 3 on the US Top 40 Songs chart.

This isn’t the first time he’s faced legal woes. Back in July 2015, Williams was arrested for gun possession in Tennessee. During that incident, Hickman County Sheriff’s Office police followed Williams and his manager at the time, 32, for 10 miles. When they finally pulled over, police reportedly found marijuana, firearms, and 300 rounds of ammunition. Williams was charged with gun possession, unlawful crime with possession of a firearm, and the intent to distribute.
