Diddy & Lil Rod Have Not Reached A Settlement In Producer’s Bombshell Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Update #3 (March 14): Lil Rod’s lawsuit against Diddy is still going strong. The famed producer is suing the Bad Boy Records exec for $30 million, accusing him and his famous friends of allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting him on multiple occasions.

Court dockets obtained by TMZ implied that the two had settled via a video conference on Wednesday (March 13) and planned to issue a first draft of the details within the next few days.

However, sources told the outlet that Diddy and Lil Rod have not reached an agreement. Instead, it was a mistake on the court’s end (the wrong judge was also named on the docket who is from White Plains, NY, and has not been overseeing the case). The docket has since been removed and there’s no record of an alleged settlement.

Update #2 (Feb. 28): Stevie J wants no involvement in Lil Rod’s lawsuit against Diddy.

In a pointed Instagram post on Tuesday (Feb. 27), Stevie J denied that he was the man seen having sex with another male in a video screenshot submitted in Lil Rod’s sexual assault lawsuit against the Bad Boy exec.

He posted a headline via Instagram that said an adult film star claimed he, not Stevie J, was actually the man in the infamous clip. Alongside the photo, Stevie J wrote:

“I wasn’t that guy the last time x I ain’t never gonna be that guy”

Added Stevie J:

“I’m one of Gods favorites don’t play with my name”

In the comment section, he received support from fellow ex-Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Tommie Lee.

Update #1 (Feb. 27): Diddy’s legal team is blasting Lil Rod after the music producer sued him for $30 million, accusing the disgraced music mogul and his famous friends of drugging and sexually assaulting him.

In his lawsuit, Lil Rod alleged that Diddy sexually assaulted him on multiple occasions, and ordered his close circle of friends to offer Lil Rod sexual advances, which the videographer said was unwanted, according to TMZ. He accused Diddy of groping his genitals and touching his anus, noting that Diddy would allegedly often walk around naked.

Lil Rod, whose real name is Rodney Jones, said he’s convinced Diddy was allegedly trying to groom him and coerce him into having a sexual relationship. Per Lil Rod, the Bad Boy exec would call his alleged advances “horseplay.”

His lawsuit also included a screenshot of a video he says Diddy allegedly forced him to watch, which showed fellow producer and Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta alum Stevie J having intercourse with another male. (Adult film star who goes by @knockoutd33 on X, formerly Twitter, has reacted to the screenshot circulating and said it is him, not Stevie J, in the video)

Lil Rod, via his attorneys, goes on to say that a female cousin of rapper Yung Miami, who has been romantically linked to Diddy for about two years, allegedly sexually assaulted him and tried to have sex with him in front of Diddy and his employees.

Lil Rod continues his allegations, stating that Diddy allegedly had prostitutes come to his Miami estate for a party. Lil Rod believes he was drugged and potentially sexually assaulted there. During multiple other parties, Diddy allegedly gave women drug-laced bottles of his tequila and vodka lines, and underaged girls were also present and given alcohol, Lil Rod claims in his filing.

Things don’t end there. Lil Rod said Diddy told his eldest son Justin Combs, 30, and Stevie J, 52, to find prostitutes for the parties. Justin Combs was allegedly in charge of bringing underaged girls.

Lil Rod also accuses actor Cuba Gooding Jr., of “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders” after meeting him on a yacht. Cuba Gooding Jr. has faced similar allegations in the past.

Lil Rod also mentioned a shooting at an L.A. recording studio, where Justin Combs had an explosive exchange with a man. Shots were fired and the man, identified as G, was injured and bled from his stomach. Per Lil Rod, Diddy allegedly told him to lie to police and claim that G was hit in a drive-by shooting. Per the outlet, LAPD looked into the shooting and determined G was shot outside of the studio during a robbery, and ran inside.

Lil Rod said that at the time, he was living with Diddy in Florida to work on his latest album, according to multiple reports. He alleged he was forced to work in Diddy’s bathroom as Diddy showered naked in a see-through enclosure. On Feb. 2, 2023, he allegedly woke up in a hotel room bed confused and out of it, with Diddy and two sex workers next to him.

Lil Rod said Diddy was “forceful and demanding” and often used his power to threaten and intimidate others in the music industry. On one occasion, Diddy allegedly made Lil Rod watch him show off his guns and brag about shooting people. In another incident, Lil Rod said Diddy told him he was the one truly responsible for a 1999 shooting at a NYC nightclub. While Diddy was acquitted of gun possession and bribery, rapper Shyne was sentenced to a decade in jail.

The lawsuit alleged,

“Mr. Combs consistently made it clear that he has immense power in the music industry and with law enforcement.”

Lil Rod has also named Justin and other Diddy staffers in the lawsuit.

Diddy’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, said in a statement TMZ on Monday (February 26):
