DeVon Franklin Spotted Holding Hands w/ Woman Nearly 2 Years After Finalizing Meagan Good Divorce
It looks like DeVon Franklin is moving on.
The film producer, 45, was seen having a meal and holding hands with a woman while out and about in West Hollywood, California.
In the photos, published by The Shade Room on Tuesday (March 19), the two are seen rocking casual clothes with DeVon Franklin in a gray hoodie and matching sweatpants and sneakers. His unidentified lady friend also donned gray sweatpants and an oversized t-shirt.
After their meal, DeVon Franklin and the woman were photographed holding hands while walking through a parking lot.
The images come nearly two years after he and Meagan Good finalized their divorce in April 2022. The exes were married for nine years when they announced their split in December 2021.
They said in a joint statement at the time,
“After much prayer and consideration, we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected. We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and a love that is eternal. There’s no one at fault, we believe this is the next best chapter in the evolution of our love.”
Though this is the first time Franklin has been rumored to be seeing someone since the breakup, Meagan Good has been linked to actor Jonathan Majors since May 2023.
About a month after rumors of their romance made headlines, DeVon shared his candid thoughts on Meagan Good moving on with the Creed III star, who was facing assault accusations from his previous girlfriend Grace Jabbari. (Jonathan Majors has since been convicted of assault and harassment and is scheduled to be sentenced next month.)
Weighing in on his ex-wife’s romance in June 2023, Franklin said while on The Breakfast Club that he was not “upset,” adding,
“She’s happy, that’s a blessing.”
He continued,
“If I had that perspective, whatever I’m putting out, that’s what’s coming back. So, I’m not putting out [anything like that]. I don’t have any ill will to anyone in that regard, because I don’t have any ill will toward myself in that regard. So, no…there’s no hate!”
Franklin briefly added,
“I mean… I think that, you know, there are feelings. And I’ll leave it at that.”
