Porsha Williams’ Estranged Husband Simon Guobadia Wants ‘RHOA’ Producers To Submit Unreleased Footage As Evidence In Ongoing Divorce Battle

Businessman turned reality star Simon Guobadia has taken legal action against The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

According to reports, the Nigerian native recently motioned to have all communications involving his likeness from the show turned in to the courts as part of his pending divorce from Porsha Williams.

A recent report from RadarOnline states that Simon Guobadia wants the court to require a producer from the Bravo series to attend a deposition next month. He reportedly requested that the producer be prepared to speak about his soon-to-be ex-wife Porsha Williams’ cast member status for 2022 – 2025 and all information about her salary be shared as well.

Additionally, Simon Guobadia asked that all communications where Porsha Williams spoke about him to RHOA producers be turned in. Specifically, the entrepreneur wrote that anything discussing the ex-couples divorce, prenup, filming at their home, as well as storylines for the coming seasons be submitted as evidence, including:

“any and all photographs, videos, recordings, tapings, footage, or filming of the property since February 22, 2024, to now.”

At this time Guobadia’s exact intentions for the request remain unclear. However, the exes have notably been fighting over the right to stay in the marital property Guobadia purchased before their 2022 nuptials. As we’ve been covering, Williams argued that their prenup held a clause that stated Guobadia would leave the property within 30 days in the case of divorce. The Bravo star filed to split from her husband of 15 months in February, making it more than 50 days since her official divorce request was filed.

Guobadia reversely argued, however, that Williams has her own home and makes her own money and shouldn’t be awarded the house he owns. The two have been dragging each other to court over the matter, with Guobadia accusing Williams of harassing him and bringing armed security to scare him out of the home. Williams has maintained the stance that she’s legally entitled to the property.

It has not been reported that a judge has ruled on Guobadia’s recent request at this time.
