Misa Hylton, Mother Of Diddy’s Son Justin Combs, Says ‘I Know Exactly How She Feels’ As She Addresses Cassie Hotel Assault Video
Diddy’s ex Misa Hylton recently reacted to the video footage of him brutally attacking his ex-girlfriend, Cassie.
Justin Combs‘ mother shared her empathy for the singer and made it clear that she believes her son’s father desperately needs help.
Speaking on the matter, Misa Hylton uploaded an Instagram post featuring pictures of all 7 of Diddy’s children, featuring Quincy, 32 (stepson), Justin, 30, Christian, 25, Chance, 17, twins D’Lila and Jessie, 17, and Love Sean, 1. As a caption to the post, she wrote:
“I am heartbroken that Cassie must relive the horror of her abuse, and my heart goes out to her. I know exactly how she feels, and through my empathy, it has triggered my own trauma.”
She continued:
“These young people were raised by women that want the best for them – we put God and education first and have always been united in our mutual effort to support their dreams. Two of the youngest do not have their mother here and it has been our duty to support them.
Going on, Hylton spoke directly about her ex, adding:
“Their father needs help and I am praying that he truly does the personal work and receives it.”
Hylton’s post comes days after CNN released a 2016 surveillance video that showed Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura. In a subsequent apology video, the New York native claimed he was “disgusted” by his actions and was truly remorseful, though many social media users, as well as Cassie’s lawyer, appeared not to accept his apology as genuine.
As previously reported, Diddy will not face charges over the assault video, as the L.A. District Attorney’s office explained it is already past the statute of limitations. However, the media tycoon is still facing immense scrutiny in the court of public opinion, as well as three other lawsuits stemming from similar accusations of sexual abuse and trafficking.
